Seven steps from request to report

You start the request from one place; Onmero manages the secure subject journey and keeps progress visible until the report is ready.

    Create your account

    Create an account as an organisation, business or individual. Everything can be managed through the Onmero dashboard without building an integration.

    02

    Create the managed request

    Select the verification or referencing service you need and provide the subject’s basic contact details. Onmero prepares the secure invitation and workflow.

    03

    Invitation, payment and consent

    The subject receives a secure invitation and selects Start Verification. If you have passed the cost to them, they will be prompted to pay before continuing. Once any required payment is confirmed, the subject gives consent and begins the guided verification process.

    Complete the identity checks

    The subject completes the required identity checks, including NIN verification, liveness and government-issued identification where applicable.

    Provide documents and evidence

    Where applicable, the subject uploads an identity document and supporting evidence. Onmero securely reads the document and allows the subject to confirm the extracted details.

    Collect and validate references

    For referencing checks, the subject invites the required employment, professional, landlord or character referees. References that pass our identity and name checks are validated automatically, while exceptions are sent to the Onmero team for manual review.
